Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders within the contiguous U.S. typically arrive within 5–8 business days. International orders generally arrive within 10–21 business days depending on customs.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can also log into your account or contact us with your order number for a status update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package hasn't arrived within the quoted window, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
